The voluntary contributions and charges can be broken into five sections:

  1. Voluntary Contributions
  2. Charges for extra cost optional items
  3. Items for personal use in the educational program
  4. Other fundraising costs
  5. Optional costs for non-educational activities

1. Voluntary Contributions (Kindergarten – Yr 6) $30.00 per student

Money collected from this area will be used towards paying for the following areas.

Costs per year level vary.

  • Reading Books
  • Library Book replacements
  • Physical Education
  • Maths resources
  • Science materials
  • Play Equipment
  • History Materials

2. Charges for extra cost optional items

These amounts can vary from year to year. Students would only incur costs when they are involved in the particular activity. The amounts indicated would be the maximum for that activity.

A. This is a charge for optional elements related to specific learning activities and available to all students, but conditional on a payment being made. Eg. Visiting Performers, excursions, classroom cooking, etc.
B. This is a charge for optional elements related to specific learning activities and available to selected students, but conditional on a payment being made. Eg. PEAC, School of Instrumental Music Program, etc.
C. This is a charge for optional elements which address overarching outcomes activities and available to all students, but conditional on a payment being made.

3. Items for personal use in the educational program

The cost of these items will vary from student to student.

A. Pupil Requirements for all students
Eg. Stationery Items, Library Bag, water bottle, Tissues

B. Pupil Requirements recommended but not essential for all students
Eg. Art Shirts 

C. Pupil Requirements for selected students
Eg. Purchase cost of Instrument, after the first year, of Instrumental Program.

4. Optional Costs Non Educational (There may be GST implications for some of these items)

Eg. Graduation Photographs, Graduation Shirts, Book Club, Student Prefect Fundraising, School Uniform, School Photographs,
